  • Building under CCTV surveillance 24/7.
  • Experiences and activities Booking.
  • Soft Drinks Bar.
  • Cleaning & Ironing Laundry Service ( Extra cost ).
  • Luggage storage.
  • Babysitting ( Extra cost ).
  • Transfer Service ( Extra Cost ).

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in Time: after 4pm
  • Check-out Time: till 12am

  • Non-smoking building.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
  • Late check-out and early check-in are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
  • In case of wilful misconduct, in violation of BE ONE HOTEL rules, it may be decided the early departure of the guest without refund or recourse.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Payment of 100% of the stay for Standard reservations and 100% for non-refundable reservations.
  • Payments accepted: Mastercard, Visa, MB and Cash.
  • Checks are not accepted.
  • BE ONE HOTEL reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
NOTES

Please note that the property reception is located on the first floor and has lift access.

BE ONE HOTEL does not have private parking. However, there is public parking in the area with special agreement ( contact the Front Office ), another ones may be subject to the payment of a fee.
